Tools to Heal Trauma, Reduce Stress and Increase Bonding
The training consists of four four-hour workshops on four consecutive months and a two to four hour wrap-up session at the end. Each of the workshops consists of lecture (science behind the program), hands-on experience of activities, and discussion regarding adaptation and application. The wrap-up session focuses mainly on adaptation, application, and problem-solving. It is also an opportunity for participants to review material, ask questions and decide as a group if there is a desire for additional training.
This easy to learn and easy to use program, based on solid science,
